I fully admit it....

...this. heat. is getting to me.
Whining warning!
I'm cranky, short on patience, and my nonsense-o-meter is registering in the high 100's. I'm mad at my foot (can you get mad at something that you should be grateful you even have??) and everything costs more; my SUV that I use to tote disabled people, wheelchairs, and paint is making greedy sucking noises, and I need a freakin' routine, people! I usually like warm weather but this is ridiculous and I hate not working full time at this time.
Not to mention the Texas DPS is messing with my summer-born kid--how am I supposed to renew a provisional license with a Verification of Enrollment when it's summer and the school is closed?!?
Growing up, now...
I feel so sorry for our soldiers in Iraq. I'm going to go buy more cool neckerchiefs and send them on.
Sorry.
I'm done, now.

You have said what a lot of us Texans are thinking! Venting often helps among friends. But, you did sound kinda like an old '50 chevy I had that was prone to overheating! lol.......

Come down under for a while, where it's winter. Cold westerly winds make me grumpy!

It was 105 according to my car today. I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.

We all have the wine and cheese moments. ;-}

Good hear and never thought you wouldn't be.

I think that most of us have those moments where we feel that we just need to let it out. I know through all of the divorce moments that God has blessed me.I may hurt but I am strong as are you. Hmmm a post to think about.

Thanks for letting us see the moments so that we can see ours for real.

Hi Karen!
Here in the UK it has been about 29c but has been so sweaty! I prefer the winter as you can add clothes but with the heat there is a limit to what can be taken off in public!!

Have a good week!
Helen x

Thank goodness I am not the only whiner around. Its much better to whine here, get it out and move on. That's one of the many benefits of having a blog...so you just let go, sister!

I hope the heat dissipates. I hate heat!

Helen, that's about 84 F here; I'd love that--but, I know it gets humid there, and that is uncomfortable!
B-thanks, gal! I used to love heat....

You shoulda came and stayed with me when Kyle came to Boston! It seems we won't be returning back to Tejas anytime soon and I am sorta relieved. (Remind me about that when I am under 3 feet of snow at 10 below!)

I love it when you complain - it starts with a whine and ends with something you can do for someone else who's in need. :)
