Tests

Tests were fine yesterday. I found myself praying for other people getting tested so I wouldn't be too worried. It turned out to be a great day; good reports and hubby took me to health center and out to lunch. He's been a rock through all of this. It's strengthened our relationship ten-fold.
I forgot, on last post, to mention the only thing that really helped me through this: prayer. Nothing else worked. It was through Godly conversation that I got the idea to check everything. Looking back, this struggle put a strain on my relationship with Him. I was just so tired of battling everything.
This certainly doesn't mean that there are no more battles. But, I have this on record to remind me of Who is there always.

Prayer is such an awesome tool, too bad more folks don't carry it around in their toolbelts.

Karen,
We studied Phil. 4:4-7 last night. Right on the money of what you are saying. Rejoice, don't be anxious, pray and be grateful. Peace transcends and guards your heart and mind! God will meet all our needs, but it is a battle of the mind, isn't it? Wichusista!

Karen- so great to hear your good news my sweet friend!!! You are right on about prayer definitely!!! I had good results from my last cardiology visit also. Always good to be reminded that He will be there before during and after the battles. Hugs and peace to you.

Yay, good news! I am glad to hear it. Your husband sounds like a wonderful man. Battles are draining, I hope you have time to get refreshed before the next inevitable life thing happens.

So true, Paige!
Connie, not so much a battle of the mind..a battle of the physical, as a depleted DHEA was the culprit, not my spirit.
Robert, I always look to you regarding battles. You're a warrior.
You, too, Barbara. Yes, the next life thing is always around the corner. My hubby, who is normally not the best caregiver, has risen to the challenge and stuck by me with love and care. Thanking God for that, because this has otherwise been a tough and lonely season for me.
