Tombs and such....

I missed the documentary, but I thought this Washington Post article was interesting. I like the non-believers who are not believing James Cameron's "show," so lookie here.

I caught just a very small part and then fell asleep. So I have no opinon of the program. But I do know Jesus was a great man and is a super great brother.

Don, I read Kevin's post...it's good. But....
I understand the Christian community's ire about this, though. Even though this "find" had already been dismissed years ago, the public doesn't know it. They just suck up whatever is fed them. That's why we as Christians need to be able to address these things. Like the Da Vinci Code, which Dan Brown falsely states in the beginning...something to the effect that all the "facts" stated in the book are "facts." We all need to know our biblical history in order to educate.
Christians and overweight folk are the last groups that it is still okay to bash.
And that's not okay.

Thanks for the link Karen. As believers, we need to be ready with answers.

What a lovely surprise to speak with you this evening.

For some reason the documentary didn't make me angry. If anything, it actually deepened my faith. It's funny what lengths people will go to to discount our faith. If, however, the show was questioning other beliefs systems there would be an uproar. Still, we can't pretend to know the details of the event. We were not
there. All I know is I believe no matter how it happened. Physical, spiritual or a combination of the two!

I didn't watch it either but am glad most people realize you can "prove" anything you want to - but can you disprove something? I don't know if that made sense but I'm leaving it!
