In 2002, we went to the US and met some of them and our friendships became even better. We joked about the whole axe-murderer thing and then I thought about all the times that missionaries go and visit churches and also end up staying with people they may have never even met before and no one so much as blinks an eye.
The friendships we form online are often as real and deep, some more so, as the ones that are from "real life" but as you said, there is nothing like a real hug and physical togetherness. We get so close and sometimes the long distance hurts when our friends are going through tough times and we wish we could physically be there.
I could say more but you've said it and said it well! :)Carolannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11948899343901608273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19314545.post-26562676096994948892007-03-24T09:13:00.000-05:002007-03-24T09:13:00.000-05:00I know the feeling - of having nothing much to say...I know the feeling - of having nothing much to say, I am sure all of us do but you managed something nice here :) yes, I would sometimes try to imagine what it would be like if we all sit together for coffee. I am in awe of your talent - no wonder they want more!

I love how technology sometimes helps us be real people!

Oh, and I moved from DFW to 45 min north of Boston. So, so if you ever come this way to the meet the girlfriend - you have a friend that would love to meet you for coffee. :)Missyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16638784910676212171noreply@blogger.com
